TASTING NOTES

it has a bright and straw yellow color, with olive hints.
The nose is elegant, with great intensity, having varietal aromas such as green apple, apricot and quince. We find also very nice balsamic aromas such as mint, spearmint and eucalyptus, which provide freshness. In the mouth it has a high persistence, freshness and long aftertaste.
