El Oro de León, the grape that conquers the world from our small Republic in Cacabelos.
On the nose, aromas of stone fruit (peach, apricot), citrus (lime, grapefruit), white flowers, and herbaceous notes with touches of wood and dried fruits.
On the palate, it is a fresh, vibrant, and silky wine, with a balanced acidity, an enveloping texture, and a long, mineral, and dry finish, combining ripe fruit with a captivating freshness.

The original project that José Luis Gómez fell in love with in the 90s: A straightforward, mineral, and highly Mediterranean Chardonnay.
To the eye, it presents a beautiful straw-gold color, clean and bright. On the nose, it displays all the potential of the varietal in its purest form, with high intensity, dominated by intense aromas of white fruit and citrus. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and vibrant, with a medium body and a marked mineral character derived from the limestone soil.

The first Monastrell white wine in the history of Spain.
To the eye, it presents a pale yellow color with steely reflections, anticipating its delicate character. On the nose, an aromatic range unfolds, dominated by notes of white flowers, tropical fruits, and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, it is vibrant and balanced, with a refreshing acidity that combines with a pleasant creaminess, the result of its aging on the lees.

Rosé wines
Haru
Spring and all its Mediterranean aromas in a very fine saignée rosé, fruity and eternally gastronomic.
On the nose, citrus notes predominate, especially grapefruit, but floral and spicy notes such as fennel also appear. In the mouth, it is voluminous, with a long and persistent draw, presenting a citrus freshness that provides balance and persistence, inviting another sip. Sparkling wines
Tokio Gómez Rojo
Limited collection of a unique, singular, and extremely complex sparkling wine for an edition of 2,300 units.
Golden in color, with a highly intense and profound nose featuring a broad aromatic profile that ranges from fresh green fruit to sweeter aromas like honey, along with a very prominent bakery profile due to its long aging on the lees. On the palate, it is luscious with a great entry and a fresh, persistent finish. It features a prolonged and highly balanced aftertaste thanks to its polished acidity.

On the nose, it surprises with a good aromatic intensity, where fresh notes of green apple and citrus stand out, accompanied by light floral and dairy nuances and subtle hints of pastries that provide complexity. On the palate, it has a fresh and vibrant attack, with perfectly integrated carbonation that enhances its character. On the nose, it displays the full potential of the variety in its purest state, with intense aromas of black and red fruit predominating—such as cherries, raspberries, and blackberries—alongside subtle notes of violet and black pepper. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and vibrant; with soft, rounded, and well-integrated tannins, it offers an agile and juicy mouthfeel.

To the eye, it presents a beautiful and appealing cherry-red color with a violet rim, clean and bright. On the nose, it stands out for its intense and complex aromatic profile, dominated by black fruit (cassis, blackberry), accompanied by notes of ripe red fruit, characteristic herbaceous nuances (green bell pepper, tomato leaf), and spicy touches (black pepper).
On the palate, it is structured and powerful, with a firm and enveloping entry. Marked but well-integrated tannins, with an acidity that brings freshness and balance. Broad mouthfeel, with a medium-high body and a robust yet elegant texture. Game meat would make an exceptional pairing.

On the palate, it is enveloping, structured, and powerful, with a full body and firm tannins that give it remarkable length. Flavours of ripe plum, black blackberry, fruit compote, candied fruit, and fine leather unfold beautifully.
